A Community Advisory Group (CAG), composed of community members representing different sectors and industries, was formed at the beginning of the study to guide the development of the project and provide feedback on deliverables.  

The CAG held four meetings at different locations in the two communities and included affected businesses, first responders, community leaders, and other stakeholders that included transit agencies, environmental groups, utility groups, bicycle clubs, disability groups, and public safety officials.
